How a tool makes the list
- It solves a problem that industry has every week, the kind that costs time or money.
- A small team can set it up without hiring a developer.
- The pricing is clear before you hand over a card.
- It has a clear answer to "what happens to my data?" That matters more in law, health, and finance than almost anywhere else.
What gets a tool left off: vague promises, no pricing page, or features clearly built for somebody else's business.
Read this before you buy anything
AI is an accelerant. Pour it on a business that runs well and things speed up. Pour it on a messy process and you get the same mess, faster. That's why every industry page starts with the foundation tools before it gets to the fun stuff. I call it Fix the Foundation First.
